3. Product Characteristics & Handcrafted Variations

VORTOYZ specializes in precision 3D-printed and resin-cast miniatures. Please note:

Hand-Painted Details: Because each collectible is individually hand-assembled and hand-painted by our artists, slight variations in camouflage patterns, shading, and texture may occur. These variations are a mark of authentic craftsmanship and do not constitute a defect.
Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be perfectly accurate.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order (including bulk regimental orders placed without prior coordination).
